What is the diff. between these 2 memory cards?

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING %26amp; VIEW THE LINKS TO UNDERSTAND MY QUESTIONS!

Im thinking of purchasing a Sony Cybershot camera from Circuit City, and I am in need of a memorycard. Theres a problem, I don't know which one to purchase. There are two different memory cards; a SanDisk 2GB PRO Duo %26amp; a SanDisk Ultra II SD.

The PRO Duo is included in an 'upgrade' offer that I could purchase if I wanted to. The offer comes with a camera bag %26amp; that memory card for an extra $55 dollars.

But while searching around, I saw the Ultra II for only 30 bucks. I don't really need the camera bag, and the Ultra II is pretty cheap.

I don't know which one to get, %26amp; what are the differences so I need your guys' help.

Questions:

What are the differences between the 2 memory cards?

Will any of them work on the Sony Cybershot camera?

Which will be a benefit to me, buying the upgrade offer or just the memory card?

What is the diff. between these 2 memory cards?
Sony cameras have to use a memory stick. Go with the Pro Duo. An SD or "Secure Digital" card will not work with that camera. You will find that traditionally SD cards will be less than memory sticks. If I was planing on spending more money than necessary by shopping at Circuit City anyway, I would probably go ahead and get the upgrade. Also, you would never catch me buying a Sony digi-cam.
Reply:u need the pro duo
Reply:you can only use the pro duo in a sony camera
