Memory cards CF I, II or SD, SDHC - what is the difference?

One is used in Canon and the other one in Nicon SLR camera. Which memory card is better?? Why???

Memory cards CF I, II or SD, SDHC - what is the difference?
CF and SD are different sizes. CFII is a more recent and superior version of CFI, and SDHC merely means "high capacity SD".

CF, while significantly larger in physical size, is superior in speed, and definitely preferred if you're shooting a lot of images in sequence.
Reply:They all serve the same purpose. But there are different sizes for each kind of memory card. But SDHC is Secure Digital High Capacity which, means the storage is much higher.
