What's the best place to buy memory cards for the PSP?

I saw something on ebay warning about a lot of scam PSP memory card auctions so I'm a little scared of buying there. What are some other low priced stores for a 1 or 2 GB memory card for the PSP? I saw a lot of places selling seperate readers, but doesn't the card just fit into the PSP? Is there more than one type of card type?
