Are there specific mobile fone memory cards for each type of fone?

I hav a samsung e250 and want to buy a memory card for it, do i hav to buy a particular kind (size etc) in order for it to be compatible with my fone?

I had e250 before it is good phone compare to its price


It has 13 MB memory and you can expand it microsd card upto 2GB.

many people get problems with their memory cards. sometime they become too slow and some time do not accept the data within their capacity. they may be the fake product. so use only genuine memory cards. there are many microsd cards available today. check some of them here http://www.blueunplugged.com/c.aspx?c=47...
Reply:You need a micro SD memory card for your phone. No other card is compatible unless you have an adapter to fit it. I think the largest card that would work in the phone is a 2GB card, but I'm not certain about that.
Reply:it depends if you plan to put music on it then you need about 2 gb i would go to walmart ask for the SD memory card. Look at the and make sure they have a micro card in them. When you get the memory card take out the micro card out of it and put it in you phone
