You just need to make sure that the digital photo frame supports xD cards. All frames come with a built-in card reader, that generally supports SD, CF cards. Many also support xD, but not all...so make sure you check the specs of the frame first.
'M' type cards are standard xD cards...and 'H' type should be perfectly fine, also.
