Again, I'm a normal Sony user. Do the memory cards work the same way for the Playstations? And can't you save games to the hard drive? How does that work?

Can you use Xbox 360 memory cards for old Xbox games?
No, the cards are not compatible. The Xbox memory card is bigger than the slot for the Xbox 360 one for starters!
