i live in india and i can get 2gb sandisk micro sd memory card with adapter on ebay for $10 delivered! that is realy cheap..do you know of any other sites that sell 2gb micro sds for less than this price AND ship to india as well?

Use e-bay. I bought one from China for a dirt cheap price. If they shipped it to the USA, they would probably ship to India also.
